I think that a lot of teachers and professors don’t realize that most librarians are chomping at the bit to help students on specific projects. Really. There is not much that can come out of a "lookie at what we got here" session. We need to be there for students when they have specific questions. Unfortunately, most students don’t realize that we can help, or will (symbolically) die trying. If more teachers think like this one, maybe the light will click on.
