A post on one of the listservs I subscribe to recommended the Teacher Zone, an compilation of math videos for grades 3 – 10. The site is free for teachers, though I’m not sure quite how they verify credentials.
The sample videos I watched were well-explained and easy to follow. For student review, they would be excellent.
